Return and Exchange Policy
Finn & Thatcher will honor returns for refunds within thirty days of purchase when the item is in its original condition in unopened packaging, with branding tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt. We will honor returns for exchanges within forty-five days of purchase when the item is in its original condition in unopened packaging, with branding tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt. All discounted, sale, seasonal, custom orders, one-of-a-kind pieces and discontinued items are final sales.
